Gonzalez Appointed to Houston Mayor’s Hispanic Advisory Board

Account Supervisor David Gonzalez was recently appointed to Mayor Sylvester Turner’s Hispanic Advisory Board.

The board serves as a liaison between the Hispanic community and the Mayor and is responsible for providing policy recommendations to advance the social, economic and political issues of Hispanics and citizens in Houston. 

Gonzalez advises clients on complex public affairs issues, including reputation management, stakeholder communication and media relations. For the last five years, Gonzalez has also served as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, the University of Houston, teaching senior level communications courses. In 2016, David was named a “Rising Star” by the League of Women Voters of the Houston Area, and organization encouraging informed and active participation of citizens in government, for his community and political engagement.
