Crisis Communications Management & Training

TechnipFMC, formerly known as Technip, requested Pierpont equip leadership and their workforce to be prepared for immediate response to a crisis across North America and the Gulf of Mexico, while working within the global corporate communications structure.

Pierpont began with a comprehensive review of the Technip Integrated Response Plan; collaboratively developed a deep understanding of mission, reputation, industry landscape, and stakeholders for their communications team; and developed enhanced regional response drills to test the crisis communications plan.

Through the program, specific actionable changes to the crisis communications plan addressed important deficiencies and a regimented training program was developed and implemented for internal media advisors to ensure full role capability and responsibility within the Integrated Response Plan.
