As an account executive, Lauren fosters media relationships through thought leadership and content creation. Whether she is pitching stories to reporters, drafting bylines, or managing crisis situations, Lauren consistently garners impactful media results for her clients. She utilizes her network of media contacts to secure earned media for clients in the retail, oil and gas, healthcare, energy, finance and professional services industries. She also provides clients with critical counsel on crisis management and training, digital and social media strategies, and content creation.

Lauren serves as an International Association of Business Communicators board member for the Houston chapter, a member of The Junior League of Houston and a member of the Houston Chapter of the University of Alabama Alumni Association. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a 4.0 GPA and double-majored in public relations and hospitality management. During her time at the University of Alabama, she competed in a national public relations case study competition, where her team placed in the top three in the nation.
