Flex working position: In Houston HQ office and remotely per current schedule

The ideal candidates will have agency experience or a strong track record of PR/Communications, crisis and issues management and marketing. A proven leader of people and teams is preferred to add strategic depth to our deep senior team to support our growth. Energy, energy transition, technology and healthcare industry experience are a plus. Basic Function: Responsible for management of client service and strategic client accounts. Responsible for participating in our new business development system, promoting the firm in the marketplace and oversight/supervision of direct reports.

Compensation:

Salary commensurate with experience. Additionally, the employee will be eligible for incentive compensation program, 401k match, profit sharing and other benefits.
