Catalyze, an independent power producer (IPP) accelerating the transition to renewable energy infrastructure by creating new profit opportunities for commercial and industrial real estate owners, emerged from stealth mode by launching a proprietary technology platform to expand growth through M&A. Backed by EnCap Investments and Yorktown Partners, Catalyze subsequently began a period of acquisition activity to leverage in the marketplace.
