Stacy Armijo Selected for American Marketing Association National Board

The American Marketing Association (AMA) has selected Pierponter Stacy Armijo, Senior Vice President and Austin General Manager, as a national board member. Stacy adds this new role to an extensive repertoire of communications honors. She is a past president of the Professional Chapters Council of the AMA, as well as a past president for the Austin chapter of the AMA. Stacy joins other new at-large board members for three-year terms, including: Barry Calpino, Vice President, Kraft Foods Group; Ipsita Dasgupta, Chief Commercial officer, GE South Asia; Chris Di Cesare, Head of Creative Programming, YouTube; and Sunil Gupta, Edward W. Carter, Professor of Business Administration and chair of the general management program, Harvard Business School.

Stacy and the team will work to breathe new energy and enthusiasm to the group as it grows its national presence, including implementing a new strategic plan to significantly grow business in upcoming years.
