She focuses on the specific identifiers that set Pierpont and her clients apart and initiatives that are authentic to the organization.

Professional Experience
When it comes to creating effective programs that support the company’s goals and objectives, Krystal’s clients look to her as a trusted advisor. She employs her storytelling and recruitment strategies to enhance brand resiliency across a variety of industries including financial services, oil and gas, and petrochemicals. She was also an instrumental part of the market entry initiatives for both Total Wine & More and Walmart. Krystal started out as an intern at Pierpont nine years ago and has been with the team ever since, working with industry-leading clients like BP, BHP Billiton, Denham Capital, Huntsman Corporation, OliverMcMillan/River Oaks District, ARAMARK, and Verizon Wireless.
