Todd Monette, Refinery Manager, LyondellBasell's Houston Refinery
Todd has more than 20 years of experience working in all facets of refinery operations. He spent significant time in his first 10 years helping to design and implement operational excellence programs in operations, maintenance, turnaround and capital project activities. Prior to working at LyondellBasell, Todd held manager roles at Shell and Motiva.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University.
Paul Dickerson, Partner, Haynes and Boone
Paul Dickerson launched Haynes and Boone's Clean Tech practice group in 2008. Prior to launching the group, Paul served as Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) where he oversaw the EERE's $1.8 billion budget and helped move alternative and renewable energy technologies from the "vision" stage to real-world development. He also served as Chief of Staff for the United States and Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Governor Perry recently appointed Paul to the Texas Bioenergy Policy Council.
Paul completed his undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Austin and earned a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
Fred Enochs, Partner, TD International
Fred is a partner at TD International, a boutique consulting firm that provides strategic advisory and risk management services. He provides clients in the domestic and international energy, finance and commodity trading sectors with targeted intelligence and advisory services. Prior to joining TDI, Fred worked as a director for Enron Corporation, where he managed a multi-million dollar P&L instrumental in the creation of a commodity trading business focused on the telecommunications sector's products, contracts and operations. Fred began his professional career in the Central Intelligence Agency where he served for 13 years and managed technical and operational projects in over 70 countries.
Fred received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron.
